  • Somatic Therapy

    This is mind-body integrated healing for those who’ve tried talk therapy but want something deeper or amid somatic unraveling. I combine Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Focusing, IFS-inspired inner child work, and energetic presence to support nervous system regulation, energetic and emotional unwinding, and deeper reconnection with self.

  • Kundalini Awakening Integration

    Awakening can be beautiful and disorienting. If you’re navigating spontaneous kundalini openings, emotional intensity, spiritual emergency, or energetic sensitivities, I offer integration and grounding support.

  • Somatic Moving Meditation

    These sessions offer space to drop out of the mind, unwind the body, and reinhabit yourself through movement and sounding meditation. Inspired by Continuum, Glimpse practices, and other somatic traditions, these guided meditations invite fluidity, nervous system regulation, and a deeper relationship with inner stillness.

I offer private sessions for those who are ready to heal, soften, and reconnect with their body’s wisdom. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or awakening, I hold space using a blend of somatic and movement therapy, IFS, and energy work.

Sessions are gentle, body-based, and grounded in presence. We move at your pace — honoring both the emotional and energetic layers of your experience.

As a psychotherapist (pre-licensure), I offer sessions on a sliding scale.
